Brent Cobb

President

Brent is the second generation of the Cobb family to lead World Class Industries, after his father, Pat, retired in 2005. The recipe for success continues today with a focus on adding value for customers while considering the needs of WCI employees and suppliers.

Brent brings professional and educational experience to his position, from a University of Iowa master's degree in business administration to practical experience gained from several positions within WCI and other companies. His charge is to help WCI continue to evolve as customers’ needs change.



Sandy Kaloupek

Vice President

Sandy Kaloupek manages our Accounting Team and one of our Customer Teams. She focuses on finding innovative ways to streamline processes and generate more value for our customers. Sandy is responsible for making sure our customers receive value in all transactions with World Class Industries.

Sandy has held multiple management positions throughout her career in both the services and manufacturing industries. She holds bachelor's degrees in both accounting and business from Coe College.




Patrick Patterson

Director of Operations

Patrick Patterson supervises all of World Class Industries production and warehouse facilities, including all production, quality control, and shipping and receiving activities. Patrick makes sure our customers get exactly what they want, when they want it.

Prior to joining WCI, Patrick spent seven years in positions of increasing importance at a global food manufacturer. He received his bachelor's degree from Central College.





Denny Cobb

Director of Product Realization

Denny Cobb spearheads new project work for World Class Industries. He brings each project into full production with the appropriate fixtures, tools and quality planning. Denny also participates in issue resolution—identifying root causes and putting long-term solutions in place.

Prior to joining WCI, Denny spent three years leading Cobb Repair and Manufacturing, following a 25-year career at a local utility company.







Marc Dorau

Director of Supply Management

Marc Dorau leads one of our customer teams and oversees our companywide supply management and quality teams. His focus is on improving the performance of our suppliers from a delivery, quality, and cost perspective. Given the dynamics of our business and reliance on a strong supply chain Marc’s work is key to our success.

Marc has held several management positions in supply management and logistics during his career. Additionally Marc holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business administration from the University of Iowa.
